the New York-Inspired “FIREHOUSE PIZZA”. This hidden gem has one of the best pizzas that every diehard pizza fan should try.
FIREHOUSE PIZZA can be found at the Crimson Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa which is just opposite the Festival Mall. The pizza place has no signboard but they have a large Firehouse Pizza logo right in front of their windows. The moment you enter the place, customers will love the comfy and rustic vibe. The table is made from heavy wood along with their comfy benches and chairs. They also have a bar at the side of the pizza place where customers can have bubbly drinks at night or during the weekend.
Customers can watch the chef make their pizza and all pizzas are cooked with a baked oven. Baked oven pizzas are the best for pizza lovers since they are cooked hot which makes the pizza dough extra soft. On top of their kitchen, dozen of pizza boxes can be seen.
The place also has sockets where customers can charge their phones of laptops. It makes a perfect place to have a meeting while eating your favorite pizza. They also have a TV where you can catch up on the latest news and sports. The place is also Instagrammable due to its giant iconic FIREHOUSE PIZZA sign which can be seen on the wall.
The famous and delicious pizza that everyone needs to try is their favorite Firehouse pizza. Unlike most pizzas, this pizza has a soft white puff of cream on top of pizza. You can't help but take a photo of it. In order to eat the pizza, you would need to spread the cream all over the pizza before eating pizza a rating of 10/10.
Our second favorite pizza would be the Truffle Cheese Pizza. Cheese lovers will definitely love this! It sticks to your tongue which makes it extremely hard to assist and gets you addicted. We give this pizza a rating of 9/10
You might want to add lasagna to go along with your favorite pizza. Either way, any pizza would do but we prefer the Firehouse pizza and Truffle Cheese pizza for those who are new to the New York pizza scene. The place is just perfect for a date or even for a small reunion. FIREHOUSE pizza is also ideal for many people who are working at the BPOs near Northgate Alabang.
